A Critical View / Oil / 20"x16"	This is a painting I reworked several years after completing it. I first cut it down from its original 24"x18" size to eliminate background and focus more on the figure. Since I also decided the paint quality was too slick and needed more texture, I reworked it using a more painterly approach. The title comes from the belief that some women, even with a flawless figure, will still find some fault with themselves.
